How to Obtain a Permit for 1.4G Fireworks in Pennsylvania

In the state of Pennsylvania, a permit is required in order to purchase 1.4G consumer fireworks (firecrackers, roman candles, multi aerials, rockets, etc.). In order to buy those fireworks at our Supercenters in Boothwyn (Chichester) and Easton, PA, a permit must be authorized by your local municipality, usually by the Fire Chief or other authorized officer. This permit provides permission for personal display or public entertainment purposes only. The form requires that you specify the time and place of your fireworks display.
