Salina City Legalizes Fireworks For Fourth of July
Fireworks can be sold beginning a week before July 4th, and discharged only on July 3rd and July 4th. Fireworks can be discharged no later than 10 PM.
In a special meeting Wednesday, the Salina City Commission rescinded a fireworks ban that had been in effect for 45 years. The sale and discharge of Class C fireworks in the City of Salina will be legal.
