2nd Annual Bass Anglers Classic Winners Announced
– Money Raised from Fishing Tournament to Benefit The Fellowship of Christian Athletes –

FLORENCE, Ala. (May 26, 2010) – TNT Fireworks announced today the winners of The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) 2 nd Annual Bass Anglers Classic. The fishing tournament took place at Ingalls Harbor at Wheeler Lake in Decatur, Alabama. All the money raised went to the FCA.
"The Fellowship of Christian Athletes would like to thank TNT Fireworks for sponsoring this event," said Roger Boswell, area director of the North Alabama Fellowship of Christian Athletes. "We had a strong showing this year and gave out $5,000 of prize money. More importantly, we were able to raise the necessary funds to support our programs in the area."
Nick and Chase Reeves were the winning team with a net weight of 18.17 lbs. In second place, was Alan Johnson and Chris Weeks with a combined weight of 13.67 lbs. Jerry Lawler and Danny Johnson took third with a weight of 13.33 lbs.
Winners were chosen based on the combined weight of five fish, with a minimum length of 12 inches. Only largemouth, smallmouth or spotted bass were accepted. All the fish weighed in the competition were kept alive and released back into Wheeler Lake as soon as the competition was completed.
