1. Can I order fireworks over the internet?

Due to strict shipping regulations and costs, we are unable to take orders via the internet and ship fireworks through the mail to the consumer.

2. Do you have catalogs for your products?

Answer

TNT has a catalog for business owners who wish to buy TNT products wholesale. In order to obtain a wholesale catalog, you must possess a business license, a tax I.D. number, and the proper permits to buy and sell fireworks. Please call our corporate office at 800-243-1189 and ask for a TNT wholesale representative to obtain a wholesale catalog.

TNT also has catalogs for our Supercenters. Please click on the Supercenter link for information on obtaining a catalog for the Supercenter of your choice.

3. Why do you not have prices of your items on the website?

Answer

TNT operates locations in all states where it is legal to sell fireworks. Prices may vary from state to state and from location to location. To avoid any confusion, we do not advertise a set price on our website.

4. I live in (New York, NewJersey, Massachusetts, Delaware, Rhode Island). Why can I not buy fireworks here?

Answer

State laws do not permit the sale and use of fireworks in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Delaware, and Rhode Island.

5. Why am I not allowed to buy fireworks in my county, yet I can purchase them in the county next to mine?

Answer

Fireworks laws differ from state to state, county to county, city to city, and community to community. If you are unsure of the fireworks laws in a particular location, it is advised that you check with your local authorities (police and fire departments) to determine the fireworks regulations in your area.

7. TNT states it has a "NO DUD" guarantee. What is meant by that and do you have a return policy?

Answer

At TNT, we consistently strive to maintain the highest standard possible in quality and value regarding our products. It is seldom that a TNT item will not perform as expected, but in the rare event that occurs, we are determined to make things right since customer service is our number one priority. We cannot replace non-performing items, but we will honor our "no dud" guarantee by refunding the price of the item.

To obtain a refund for a non-performing item, you must have proof of purchase. All TNT purchases should come with a receipt. Please send a copy of your receipt to the following address. If you have misplaced your receipt, we must have another form of proof of purchase such as a complete label with a bar code. We also need to know the exact location where you purchased the item.
