Cakes is an analogy that each tube –or shot– in a multi aerial represents a candle on a birthday cake.
TUBES ARE FUSED TOGETHER TO SHOOT IN ORDER AND PATTERN.
"ZIG-ZAG" or "SNIPER" patterns (sequence fusing)
"V"or "FAN" shaped patterns (barrage fusing)
"SPIRAL" or "CYCLICAL" patterns (sequence fusing)
"CENTER TO EDGE" patterns both sequential and barrage fusing
"EDGE TO CENTER" patterns both sequential and barrage fusing
