TNT has chosen a Grand Prize Winner for the 2009 July 4th Photo Contest!  Peter Carpenter from Rustburg, Virginia had the winning photo that received an astounding 421 votes, titled “Do I have to wait til the 4th?”.

Description:  The selection of legal fireworks in Virginia is limited… so you need to get a little creative. The pinwheel is powered by a drill and the white PVC is used make some very large, flexible sparklers from fountains and smokers.
